1. What is the delivery time for my order?
Deliveries can be carried out Standard or on a specified date. Standard deliveries take 2-3 business days. Date Specific deliveries will be carried out on the specified date for an extra charge of $1.95.

The time of delivery can be anywhere from 10:00 am to about 7:00 pm local Pakistan time. During busy seasons such as Eid, Valentines, Mother’s Day etc, delivery timings may start as early as 9:00 am and possibly go as late as 8:30 pm – 9:00 pm.

2. Can I cancel an Order I just placed? Will I be Refunded?
You can cancel an order immediately after you place and up until it has not completely been processed into our system. You will need to immediately call the Customer Service to find out the status of your order and whether it can be cancelled or not. We cannot, unfortunately, cancel and order if items have been purchased and delivery has already been scheduled.

In case your order can be cancelled, your money will be refunded to you.

Noor Gift will not be able to refund your money in case the address or the phone number given in your order is incorrect and the if the order was for perishable items. Perishable items once purchased cannot be returned.

3. Will the gifts look exactly the same as give?
We at Noor Gift make every effort to deliver gifts as shown and described on our website. However, the appearance and taste of perishables items on our product list may vary slightly due to the preparation process in each city, regional availability, and seasons.
